The Sachtler 0364 is a quick release plate for Touch and Go fluid heads. This quick release comes with 1/4-20 and 3/8" camera screws. It can be used as a replacement or extra quick release plate.

For fluid heads FSB 6 T, FSB 8 T and DV 2, DV 4, DV 6, DV 8, DV 10.
