Dural aluminium (DA) 100 mm single extension tripods come in a variety of sizes from the tiny DA 100 K to the DA 100 L, which has a maximum height of 142 cm / 55.9".
The DA 100 HD has a maximum load of 80 kg / 176 lb. A highly cost-effective alternative to carbon fiber tripods.
Standard dural aluminium tripods also have a tube diameter of 16 mm / 0.63", while HD versions have a tube diameter of 22 mm / 0.87". Need to get down to a frog’s perspective?
