A 104mm (4.1in) balance plate sliding range helps position accessorised cameras centrally and Sachtler drag gives smooth movement in any temperature. Ace XL also includes an illuminated level bubble to keep things straight in any location and a removable threaded stud for when you want to swap to a slider.
