The 45cm long flex arm comes with double 3/8" -16 female threads, One End has a 1/4" male adaptor fitted (similar to the KS-017) whilst the other end has a 3/8" female adaptor (similar to a KS-038) connected (This can be removed by taking out the M4 Grub Screws)

These work great with convi clamps or even stands that have a 3/8" threaded spigot top. Ideal for positioning small gobos, flags, reflectors porps or flash heads.
