Hawk-Woods VL-OCI has been specifically designed for use with RED's V-Raptor camera.
The camera conveniently provides a V-Mount fitting to allow V-Lok batteries to be directly mounted. However many users have requested a dual V-Lok fitting to support extended run times, hotswap ability and additional power outputs for running added accessories such as on-board monitors, follow focuses and video wireless systems.
The VL-OCI allows the use of two Mini V-Lok batteries in parallel and provides 2x Power-Con (D-Tap) outputs 11-17v. When used with Hawkwoods VL-M98D or VL-M150D the user will gain a further two power-con (D-Tap) outputs.
The internal software monitors the batteries voltages and equipment current draw providing a two way LED system allowing the user to see when a hotswap is possible.
