BirdDog KBD Controller offers PTZ camera operators a rugged, ergonomic design, a large multi-camera display, and direct access to essential functions. With a built-in tally display and physical feedback for camera switching, it’s intuitive and eco-friendly, made with Ocean-Bound Plastics and recyclable Aircraft-grade Aluminium. NDI, VISCA, ONVIF, RS-232, and RS-422 connectivity ensure versatility no matter what language you speak.

Super-Fine Control Mode.
When it’s time to fine-tune, you can easily shift the camera joystick into ‘fine-tune’ mode, increasing the sensitivity of the joystick by 10x, making reframing shots on air more artistic flair than nail-biting scare.
Expanded Screen. Instant Camera Control.
The big screen allows you to monitor up to four cameras at once or focus on one full screen. Pairing and switching between cameras is just a single press away, with a tactile button that gives instant feedback under your finger, making transitions smooth and intuitive.
The KBD’s screen offers live previews for NDI-HX2/HX3 cameras and key text-based details for others, ensuring seamless compatibility and clarity across your workflow.
Built-In Tally Borders.
Pairing and switching between cameras is just a single press away, with tactile buttons providing instant feedback under your finger for smooth, intuitive transitions. When integrated with mixers like TriCaster or vMix, KBD’s built-in tally border shows the live camera directly on the keyboard, so you can stay focused without looking at other screens.
Camera Setting Sync.
An industry-first feature, you can tune one camera to look exactly how you like, and then simply copy those settings directly to another camera of the same model (BirdDog X series function). Making it easy to dial your cameras in and take your production quality to the next level.
