Overpower daylight with the most powerful point source LED fixture in the industry, with both tuneable white and colour capabilities.
BLAIR: The Best Tuneable White Light
The Aputure STORM XT52's BLAIR (Blue/Lime/Amber/Indigo/Red) light engine delivers the highest quality white light with the greatest CCT range and +/- green adjustability of any high output LED fixture. The BLAIR chipset's indigo emitters enhance fluorescing materials like natural daylight and tungsten sources.
The STORM XT52's output is also the brightest of any LED point source fixture in the industry, 41,900 Lux at 5M with a 35° reflector. This exceeds the brightness of a 6,000W HMI fixture.
Colour Tuning Control
The revolutionary BLAIR light engine is also able to output saturated colours across more than 70% of Rec.2020 colour gamut using Limited HSIC+ and x,y control modes. Achieve deep crimson sunsets, rich sodium vapor ambers, and subtle colour effects without gels.
STORM XT52 is more than twice as powerful as any other point source colour light.
Smallest Size and Lowest Weight in Class
The STORM XT52 lamp head weighs 27.7kg (61lb), and can be lifted by one person and operated on a standard crank stand. The portable XT52 control box is the size of a briefcase and weighs just 13kg (28lb).
Extend Your Reach
Extend the 7.5M STORM XT52 head cable up to 45M. Place the lamp head in a cherry picker and leave the control box on the ground to save on weight and keep physical controls nearby. Power the STORM XT52 at full brightness on standard 6,500W generators.

The STORM XT52 is IP65 weather protected across the entire system, from control box to cables to lamphead and even modifiers.
Ruggedized construction makes the light built for the most challenging environments, and service is easy and fast with the modular internal design.
Runs Full Power Off of Popular Generators
The STORM XT52 is easy to use in any location. The fixture draws 5,200W at full power, meaning it can run on popular 6,500W generators.
If the head cables are extended to 45m, the power draw can rise to 6,000W, and there is a menu control to limit maximum power so that a generator or other power source will not be overtaxed.
High Power Light for High-Speed Photography
The STORM XT52 offers flicker free output at 20% brightness or more at any recording frame rate. With the high output available from the light and the quality and versatility of the BLAIR light engine, the XT52 is ideal for all high frame rate work, from major action stunts to food product photography.
