We began by solving the first major problem—filter trays slipping through the Matte Box entirely—by incorporating auto load-and-lock safety stops. These are spring-loaded tabs that slide along precision-machined internal dovetails. When used in conjunction with the KONDOR Blue Matte Box System, the safety stops engage on both the top and bottom.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\n\n\u003cp\u003eWe added a rubber bumper to the filter release tab to prevent filter damage when filter loading.
